How is there a piece of black on the finished product of Haitian injection molding machine?

There is a black mark on the injection molded product, and the product is burnt due to air trapped in the mold. Add some vent slots or reduce the injection speed.

First; When the temperature is too high, the material stays in the barrel for too long (usually PC material)

Second; It's that your materials are not completely discharged, and there are residual materials in the barrel.

Third; You can remove the nozzle and dig the lining clean.

Fourth; It will be good to add diffusion oil to some materials.

Fifth; See if your barrel temperature sensing system is in good condition. If the temperature of the temperature sensor shows low, or if the temperature sensor falls off is an obvious example, it will always heat up.

If the injection temperature is low, the product will not turn black. However, if the injection temperature is too low and the plastic plasticization is not complete, the injected product will be dissatisfied or there will be a lot of weld marks. Or the surface has quality defects.

It is necessary to adjust the reasonable temperature range according to the physical properties of raw materials.

1-The temperature is too low, the plasticization is incomplete, and even it can't be typed. And it will hurt the screw.

2. If the temperature is too high, it will carbonize and turn black, and some will decompose toxic gases. Affect the quality of injection.
