What missile is the weather bureau shooting into the sky?

Artificial rainfall missile. The missile hit by the Meteorological Bureau is an artificial rainfall missile. Because the climate is hot and dry, and the surface is dry and short of water, artificial rainfall missiles will be shot into the sky. The water droplets of missiles in the clouds will be frozen into many small ice crystals, which will cause more water vapor to condense on them, become raindrops and land on the ground.
