What is the phenomenon of squall line?

This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of Doppler radar echo signal in the process of squall line occurrence, and summarizes the useful information factors for squall line weather forecast and early warning identification, hoping to be helpful to the research of short-term weather forecast and automatic machine identification. This paper first introduces the new generation radar system and the basic algorithm of Doppler radar storm identification, then introduces the structure and evolution of squall line, the environmental factors affecting the structure and type of storm, the types of squall line and the radar reflectivity factor characteristics of squall line strong center, and summarizes the physical characteristics of squall line weather process. Finally, referring to the monitoring technology of WSR-88D and Doppler radar secondary product processing system, the characteristics of Doppler radar, the physical characteristics of flow field and the characteristics of squall line storm are analyzed in detail.
