Men are very conservative, and it is difficult to see shirtless people. Even in informal places, there will be no sweatshirts. The simplest thing is a T-shirt. In summer in China, there are still many men with bare arms or paunchy bellies, and dazzling is quite uncomfortable. It is rare here. Even if it is too hot, unless it is really poor, most people at least wear T-shirts, which shows that people's "demeanor" and "temperature" are the same.
