Why is the weather forecast in Jingdezhen always inaccurate?

The weather forecast is a forecast, and it can't be 100% accurate.

China's meteorological monitoring capacity does not meet the needs of forecasting and service, and some local disastrous weather is often not captured due to insufficient density of monitoring stations, leading to underreporting.
