1. Survey background

In today's universities, the school canteen is a place where college students eat three meals a day, which is a must-see place for every student. The quality of the canteen affects the life, study and health of college students. The canteen is not only one of the school hardware facilities, but also an important part of school management. IX. Data analysis

1. Satisfaction with the canteen of our school.

our students are basically satisfied with our canteen. From the conclusion of the questionnaire, 4.4% of the students are very satisfied with the canteens, 24.5% are satisfied with the canteens, 32% are satisfied with the canteens, 17.6% are dissatisfied with the canteens, 14.6% are very poor with the canteens, and 2.5% are very poor with the canteens. The data shows that the students are generally satisfied with the canteens, and the canteens still need to be improved in all aspects.

2. Satisfaction with the hygiene of our canteen.

The students in our school are satisfied with the hygiene of the canteens in our school. From the conclusion of the questionnaire, 1.9% of the students are very satisfied with the hygiene of the canteens, 9.3% are satisfied with the hygiene of the canteens, 46% are satisfied with the hygiene of the canteens, and 42.8% are dissatisfied with the hygiene of the canteens. From the data point of view, schools should strengthen the hygiene of canteens to ensure the healthy diet of teachers and students. For example, 18.9% of the students often find that there are bugs in their meals, and 59.8% of the students occasionally find that there are bugs in their meals, which seriously affects the health of teachers and students.

3. When swiping the card, 35.5% of the students are frequently or occasionally overcharged, while 19.3% of the students usually choose to submit to humiliation when they are infringed, but 18.6% of the students will ask the canteen owner and 42.2% of the students will ask the staff of the Rights and Interests Department for help. So, what made some students choose to submit to humiliation? 31.1% students think it is difficult to report, 27.3% students think the procedure is complicated, and 31.7% students think it is a waste of time and energy. It can be seen that students lack some awareness in safeguarding rights, and schools should take relative measures to strengthen the management of canteens and improve students' awareness of safeguarding rights.

X. Investigation Experience

Through this questionnaire survey and analysis, we think that the school canteen is ok, but there are still problems in hygiene, food, vegetable price, attitude and order. In view of these problems, we give some suggestions:

1. The canteen staff should strictly abide by the hygiene standards to further improve the hygiene and quality of the canteen food. Those who don't wear disposable gloves or wash their hands during cooking can touch the food, and it is forbidden to scratch their hair during cooking.

2. Suggestions for canteen meals are as follows:

First, the materials in the canteen should be good, there should be no spoiled food and no inferior seasonings.

second, try to keep the price of vegetables stable for the benefit of students. Publish the market price of raw materials and the price of dishes on the wall every day for students to compare. The dishes can be divided into three grades: high school and low school, which ensures the supply of low-priced dishes and gives students more choices.

thirdly, rice and vegetables must be cleaned. Keep the dining environment clean and tidy, maintain high-quality service attitude, and thoroughly clean the dead corner.

Fourth, enrich the variety of dishes and try to make students with different tastes have different choices.

fifth, food insulation and food safety: the weather is getting cold, so we must do a good job of food insulation to ensure that future students can have hot meals. Do not sell overnight meals, do a good job of disinfection and fly prevention of bowls and chopsticks.

Sixth, strengthen the training of staff's service attitude.

3. College students should improve their self-cultivation and form good hygiene habits:

College students should form the habit of consciously queuing, which not only reflects the quality of a college student, but also is a basic social etiquette. It is suggested that the Rights and Interests Department send more staff in the canteen to urge and prompt students to queue up for meals for a week or two, and the school canteen can also paste some tips such as please queue up consciously, so that the order of meals in the canteen can be improved.

4. Schools should strengthen supervision:

It is suggested that schools conduct regular or irregular inspections and spot checks on canteens, set up complaint mailboxes, and pay close attention to canteen hygiene and food quality.

5. Cultivate students' good eating habits and improve their eating quality:

Many students skip breakfast or go on a diet to lose weight. In order for students to have a healthier body, schools should strengthen the publicity of healthy eating and improve their eating quality.

2. questionnaire survey report

the central bank recently released the questionnaire survey report on urban depositors in the fourth quarter of XX. According to the report, the proportion of residents who are ready to buy houses in the next three months is 14.7%, an increase of .9 percentage points over the previous quarter. According to the analysis, this shows that the series of policies in the past XX years have stimulated the property market.

There is obvious differentiation among cities with high housing prices

It is reported that the Questionnaire Survey of Urban Depositors in the fourth quarter of XX is a questionnaire survey of 2, urban depositors conducted by the central bank in 5 cities across the country.

According to the report, 52.% of the residents still think that the current housing prices are unacceptably high, which is 2.4 percentage points higher than last quarter. However, 44.2% of the residents think that the current house price is acceptable, and 3.8% of the residents think it is satisfactory.

for the next quarter, 18.4% residents expect the house price to rise, 52.7% residents expect it to remain basically unchanged, 15.2% residents expect it to fall, and 13.7% residents are not sure. The proportion of residents who are ready to buy houses in the next three months is 14.7%, an increase of .9 percentage points over the previous quarter.

According to the previous data issued by the Bureau of Statistics, in November, among 7 cities in China, house prices rose in 33 cities. In this survey, more than half of the residents think that the high housing prices are also related to the rising trend of housing prices in their cities.

vertically, among the four depositors' surveys during the year, 51.9% thought the house price was high in the first quarter, 51.5% in the second quarter, 49.7% in the third quarter and 52% in the fourth quarter. Zhang Dawei, chief analyst of Zhongyuan Real Estate, said that this reflected the high operation of overall housing prices.

Zhang Dawei said that in the data of the third quarter, 18.7% of the residents thought that the house price would rise in the next quarter, and in the data of the fourth quarter, the proportion of the expected house price increase was 18.4%, while the proportion of the people preparing to buy houses in the future increased, which shows that the series of policies in the past XX years have stimulated the property market, which has led to an increase in the proportion of housing demand in some cities.

Zhang Dawei said that from the current market base, the differentiation trend of real estate development is very clear: the policy of no more overweight in first-and second-tier cities has become very active, and first-tier cities such as Shenzhen have become crazy. The third-and fourth-tier cities are mired in quagmire.

Future housing prices may be aggravated by policies

The Central Economic Work Conference held a few days ago focused on grasping the inventory of the real estate industry, and stabilizing the housing market has once again become the key eye of the central economic work. In addition, the central government clearly stated that real estate developers should be encouraged to reduce prices as appropriate.

Zhang Dawei believes that the pillar role of the real estate industry has been strengthened again when the current economic growth rate is slowing down and facing transformation. The sluggish external demand makes export growth weak, and the investment and consumption of the other two troikas that drive the economy will play a greater role. However, the contribution of the real estate market to investment and consumption growth can not be ignored, so housing consumption will be fully encouraged by the policy.

based on the results of this survey, Yan yuejin, research director of think tank center of yiju real estate research institute, thinks that the future house price will be the same as the current one. On the one hand, housing prices have risen too fast recently, and to some extent, there will be a short-lived flat trend. For housing enterprises, they will not blindly raise prices under the guidance of active destocking, and basically run at such a price level. On the other hand, the Central Economic Work Conference mentioned the practice of encouraging housing enterprises to reduce prices, which actually gave market participants a signal that some properties still have the possibility of continuing to reduce prices or keeping prices flat.
