(3) Active lines and emergency response to accidents
Active power lines: the first Li I line in Litang Coal Mine supplies power and the Li Shun I line in Litang Coal Mine supplies power.
Accident emergency: When the primary circuit is out of power, the faulty line should be cut off quickly and the active line in the other circuit should be connected.
(4) Substation accident power failure
If the first Li I line (or I line) in Litang Coal Mine can't restore power supply temporarily after power failure, it is necessary to switch the switch in time to supply power to the I line (or I line) movable line in Litang Coal Mine.
In case of power failure of Li Shun I Line (or Juri I Line) in 35KV Litang Coal Mine, the personnel on duty should first determine the cause of the accident, deal with it quickly, and report the situation to the mine operation department and superior leaders. If the accident line is the power supply network in the mine, the accident network should be removed first, and then the power supply should be restored; If the superior substation loses power or the line fails, another line should be activated immediately.

Li Shun I line accident power outage operation:
1, turn off switches 35204, 35203 and 10206, and confirm the disconnection;
2. Check whether the incoming switching power supply of 35 104 is charged and confirm that it is charged;
3. Confirm that the incoming switch handcart of 35 104 is in the working position;
4. Turn on the 35 104 switch and confirm that it is closed;
5. Check whether the instructions of 35 104 switching power supply are normal and confirm that they are normal;
6. Confirm that the 35 103 switch is in the working position; Close the switch 35 103 and confirm that it is closed;
7. Check whether the 1 # 5000 kva transformer works normally, and confirm that it is normal;
8. Check whether the 10KV 10 105 incoming line cabinet and the original 10KV feeder cabinet are closed, and confirm that they are in normal working condition.
Emergency power outage operation of Shouli Line 1:
1, turn off switches 35 104, 35 103, 10 105, and confirm the disconnection;
2. Check whether the incoming switching power supply of 35204 is charged, and confirm that it is charged;
3, confirm the 35204 incoming switch handcart in the working position;
4. Turn on the 35204 switch and confirm that it is closed;
5. Check whether the instructions such as 35204 switching power supply are normal and confirm that they are normal;

7, check whether 2 # 5000 kva transformer works normally, and confirm its normal;
8. Check whether the 10KV 10206 incoming cabinet and the original 10KV feeder cabinet are closed, and confirm that they are in normal working condition.
After emergency power failure and brake switching operation:
Restore the power supply of each power supply location, and contact the superior substation and the dispatching room of Fengxian Power Supply Bureau until the equipment runs safely and normally. After confirming that it is normal, put the first Li I line (or I line) and main transformer in Litang Coal Mine into hot standby state.
Six, 35KV substation belongs to the main load emergency plan
(a), the main shaft winch room high voltage power outage emergency plan
1. If the power supply of line I (or line II) of the main shaft winch room cannot be restored temporarily after power failure, the brake must be switched in time to supply power to the active line of line II (or line I) of the main shaft winch room.
When the power supply of line I (or line II) in the main shaft winch room is out of power, the personnel on duty should judge whether it is an accident or other reasons in a very short time, deal with it quickly, and report the situation to the mine dispatching room and superior leaders. If the person on duty judges that it is an accident trip, the equipment or line at the accident point should be cut off first, and the other circuit power supply should be activated immediately.

Main shaft winch room I line accident power outage operation:
(1) Confirm that the I-line power supply of spindle 10 109 is in the off position.
2. Confirm that the handcart of 10209 spindle II line is in the closing position.
(3) Close the spindle 10209 line II.
(4) Restore the normal power supply of the spindle II line.

1. If the power supply of line I (or line II) of the box-type transformer in the air compressor room cannot be restored temporarily after the power failure, the switch should be switched in time to supply power to line II (or line I) of the box-type transformer in the air compressor room.
When the I-line (or II-line) of the box-type transformer in the air compressor room loses power, the personnel on duty should judge whether it is an accident or other reasons in a very short time, deal with it quickly, and report the situation to the mine dispatching room and superior leaders.
