8, normal patrol must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the patrol route, in order to prevent leakage patrol.

9, professional inspection and supervision and inspection can be carried out together with other work, but must be recorded, in case of special circumstances, should increase the number of inspections according to the specific situation.

10, division of responsibilities

(1) It is the responsibility of the patrol personnel of the heating station not to patrol according to the regulations or not to patrol seriously, and to find the defects in time.

(2) It is the responsibility of professional patrol personnel to find defects in time if the professional patrol exceeds the time limit or the patrol is not serious.

(3) management responsibility. If the supervision and inspection exceeds the time limit or fails to perform the supervision function seriously, it is the responsibility of the management unit and relevant departments of the heating company.

1 1. The necessary inspection tools shall be carried during the patrol inspection. When equipment defects are found, if the personal safety of the equipment is endangered, necessary measures should be taken, such as immediately stopping the operation of related equipment, cutting off the system connected to the faulty equipment, and cutting off the power supply if necessary. Report to the monitor and dispatcher in time. Such as general defects, can be eliminated in time, such as may affect the operation of equipment, should inform the monitor and scheduling before elimination, and do a good job in safety measures. Temporarily unable to eliminate, should report to the monitor, scheduling to strengthen monitoring. Make records and make corresponding accident prediction.

12, the director and monitor shall conduct random checks on the quality inspection of each post.

Section III Inspection Management System

This system is formulated in order to strengthen and improve the inspection work of pipeline network and heat exchange station equipment, improve the management level of pipeline network and heat exchange station inspection work, ensure the safe operation of pipeline network and heat exchange station equipment, and ensure all users to use heat and steam continuously and stably.

Article 1 Scope of application

This system is applicable to the inspection of all steam pipe networks, heat exchange stations and primary and secondary networks within the jurisdiction of the heating company.

Inspection duties of secondary pipe network and heat exchange station.

1, stationmaster of heating station

(1) presided over the overall work of the heating station; Responsible for making inspection plans and inspection work arrangements for pipe networks and equipment, and organizing their implementation.

(2) Implement and convey the company's system, principles, policies and meeting spirit within the department.

(3) Supervise and inspect the work of line patrol personnel.

(4) Responsible for coordinating and handling pipeline occupation, cross construction and various safety hazards.

(5) Participate in emergency rescue and emergency repair as required.

(6) Be responsible for the storage and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools.

2. Responsibilities of line patrol personnel

(1) is responsible for patrolling the heating pipe network under its jurisdiction.

(2) Be responsible for the detection and positioning of the pipe network under its jurisdiction.

(3) Be responsible for checking whether there is construction near the pipeline and whether there is pressure above the pipeline.

(4) Monitor the cross construction site that affects the pipeline safety.

(5) Be responsible for checking the operation of the pipe network in the area under its jurisdiction and checking the data of the pipe network.

(6) Report to the person in charge of the heating station in time when problems are found.

(7) Participate in emergency repair work.

Article 3 Inspection Work Standards

1, patrol period

Pipe network patrol personnel shall ensure that they patrol the pipe network under their jurisdiction at least once a year.

Step 2 check the content

(1) Check the pipeline for signs of leakage.

(2) Check whether there is any phenomenon such as collapse, landslide, sinking, artificial earth borrowing, garbage accumulation, heavy objects and pipeline exposure within the safety protection distance of the pipeline.

(3) Check whether there is any phenomenon such as construction, occupation and planting of deep-rooted plants within the safety protection distance of the pipeline.

(4) Check the operation of pipe network accessories such as valves and drains, and check whether there is any abnormality inside and outside the valve well.

(5) Check the valve manhole cover of heating pipeline for loss or damage.

3, on-site monitoring work

(1) In the process of pipe network inspection, if inspectors find that there is construction phenomenon around the heat pipe, they should take the initiative to get in touch with the person in charge of construction, understand the construction period, progress and scale, ask each other about the development of engineering construction, and judge the relationship with the heat pipe.

(2) When adjacent to or crossing the heating pipeline, we should explain the location and buried depth of our pipeline to the other party, so that the other party can construct safely.

(3) If on-site monitoring is needed, the monitoring personnel must accurately grasp the specific orientation, position, buried depth and exact position of the valve well before entering the site, as well as the position, specification and control range of the valve that controls the construction site.

(4) In the process of monitoring, the supervisor should accurately judge whether the construction will affect the thermal pipeline according to the construction situation, and if so, stop the construction immediately. And get in touch with the person in charge of the construction as soon as possible, negotiate, and continue the construction only when the absolute safety of the thermal pipeline is guaranteed and our staff must be present.
