Where does Huai 'an belong?

We belong to the Jianghuai area, also known as the Jianghuai Plain. Huaihe River originates in Anhui and flows through Huai 'an City. The terrain of Huai 'an is the plain of Ma Pingchuan. Jianghuai Plain refers not to the area between the Yangtze River and Huaihe River, but also to this area, including temperature, humidity, climate, hydrology and so on. That's how it is divided.
