How to make osmanthus perfume?

Question 1: How is osmanthus fragrans made into osmanthus fragrance? 1 cup of chopped petals (be sure to choose flowers with strong flavor, such as jasmine and lavender, otherwise it is difficult to extract the essence by this home-made method).

Take a bowl big enough and spread a piece of gauze (such as soup gauze) in the bowl. The gauze should be big enough to hang the edge of the bowl, put the petals in and pour water until the petals pass. Then find a dish or something to cover the bowl and leave it overnight (if it is too hot, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for a day and a half).

After taking out, gently squeeze out the juice with gauze. The juice should smell the fragrance. Be careful not to squeeze out the pulp of the petals too hard.

Then put the perfume in a clean pot and cook it with low fire until there is only one spoonful of liquid left. Put it in a sealed bottle and you can make your own perfume.

This perfume can be kept for about a month, so it's best to refrigerate it.

Question 2: How to use osmanthus as perfume at home? The simpler the better. Buy a bottle of 10 ml osmanthus essential oil, and then go to the drugstore to buy 95% medical alcohol.

Perfume Perfume is only a mixture of pure alcohol and essential oil, without adding any distilled water. The concentration of essential oil contained in alcohol is called "aroma yield", and the concentration is between 15%-30%. The mixed liquid without any distilled water is called "perfume". The duration of perfume is about 5~7 hours.

Eau de toilette eau de toilette eau de toilette is 5%~ 10% essential oil and 80% alcohol, and the rest can be simply made with distilled water. The duration of eau de toilette is about 3 hours.

DIY steps

■ First, calculate the number of drops of essential oil according to the type of perfume. If you are afraid of trouble, you can refer to the following formula: when alcohol 10ml, the number of drops of essential oil is:

{1} Make 40 drops of perfume.

{2} Make 20 drops of eau de toilette

{3} Make 10 drops of cologne

■ Preparation materials

Pure essential oils, alcohol, distilled water, dark glass bottle, beaker, test tube, bamboo stick.

{1} Put pure essential oils in the beaker.

{2} Fully mix and stir with bamboo sticks.

{3} Pour alcohol into the test tube for later use (if you make eau de toilette or cologne, you can pour distilled water and alcohol into the test tube together at this step).

{4} Slowly pour the alcohol in the test tube into the beaker, and keep stirring the beaker vigorously until it is evenly mixed.

{5} Pour the solution into a dark glass bottle, tighten the bottle cap and stay for about 1 hour, and you're done.

Question 3: How to make perfume with osmanthus? The easiest way is to put osmanthus in water and let the fragrance soak in the water. This water is osmanthus perfume.

Steps of making osmanthus perfume regularly:

1. Pretreatment: The raw materials for making perfume, such as alcohol, essence, water, etc., must be pure and free of impurities, and must be pretreated before use to ensure the clear appearance, mellow smell and mellow aroma of the product.

(1) Alcohol must be treated: including purification and aging.

There are two commonly used purification methods, alkali reflux method in alcohol and potassium permanganate oxidation method. The purpose is to remove impurities. Sodium hydroxide is added into alcohol, boiled and refluxed for several hours, then fractionated for one or more times, and the purest part of its fragrance is collected for preparing perfume. Alternatively, potassium permanganate solution can be added to alcohol, quickly stirred, left standing, filtered to remove precipitate, and then activated carbon can be added. After standing for several days, it was filtered with silica gel to further adsorb impurities. Adding a small amount of spices to the purified alcohol and sealing it for several months at 65438 05℃ is the aging process.

(2) Pretreatment of essence: add a small amount of pretreatment alcohol into essence and use it after aging for 1 month.

(3) Pretreatment of water: distillation or sterilization for deionization. Sodium citrate or EDTA is usually used to remove metal ions.

2. Mixing: put alcohol, essence and water into stainless steel or enamel, silver-plated and tin-plated containers according to a certain proportion, and stir and mix for a period of time, so that impurities in essence can be fully precipitated, thus improving the clarity of finished products and the anti-turbidity ability under cold conditions.

3. Aging: put the prepared perfume into a closed container with a safety valve for aging. There are two methods for perfume aging: physical method and chemical method. Physical methods include mechanical stirring, air bubbling, infrared and ultraviolet irradiation, ultrasonic treatment and mechanical vibration.

Chemical methods include air, oxygen or ozone bubbling oxidation, silver or silver chloride catalysis, tin or hydrogen reduction. During aging, the smell of perfume gradually changed from rough to mellow. However, if the essence is not properly blended, it will also produce bad smell. As for the time required for aging, some people think it takes three months, while others think it should be longer or shorter. Can be adjusted according to factors such as production conditions.

4. cooling: perfume will become translucent or foggy when it meets low temperature, and then it will not be clarified after heating, and it will always be turbid. So perfume must be frozen before filtering.

5. Filtration: some insoluble substances are precipitated after aging and freezing, and removed by filtration to ensure its transparency and clarity. Filter with a filter press, and add filter AIDS such as diatomite to adsorb the precipitated particles, otherwise the precipitate will block the pores of the filter cloth. After adding the filter aid, the perfume should be cooled to about 0℃, and this temperature should be maintained during filtration. The temperature of the filter press can be cooled by circulating the cooled perfume several times. When the precipitate produced by aging and cooling is filtered, it can be returned to room temperature, and it can be filtered once with fine mesh cloth to ensure that the product remains clear and transparent during storage and use.

Because of the use of filter AIDS in filtration, some spices may be adsorbed, resulting in the loss of aroma, which should be estimated in advance and compensated afterwards.

6. Color matching: Generally, the color is added after the filtration process, otherwise the color will be easily absorbed by the filter aid, but it must be added after being compared with the standard sample.

7. Product inspection: colorimetry, specific gravity and refractive index are measured by instruments, and alcohol content is measured by conventional methods.

8. Bottle: The bottle should be washed with distilled water. When bottling, some gaps should be left at the bottleneck to prevent the solution in the bottle from expanding when heated during storage, which will cause the bottle to rupture.

Question 4: How to make fresh osmanthus perfume 1 Put a tablespoon of alcohol in an empty bottle.

Add as much essence as you want, but don't put so much for friends who are sensitive to essence.

Put some petals in, but disinfect them.

Cover the bottle and shake it repeatedly for at least 10 minutes.

I put it on the table for a while, and then put it on the perfume machine.

6 perfume is made in this way.

Question 5: How do osmanthus flowers make perfume? It is the season to pick osmanthus flowers. Dry osmanthus fragrans in the shade, soak it in pure alcohol of about 30 degrees, and it can be used for spice addition after 20 days.

Question 6: How to make simple osmanthus perfume? Soaking in water will stink ... I tried it stupidly before, and it stinks in summer. Khan ~

Although I am very supportive of DIY, making perfume is not that simple.

First of all, for raw materials, the production of perfume has to go through a refining process. Every drop of essence is extracted from many flowers, and a bottle of perfume can only be extracted from several tons of flowers-so perfume is expensive and a luxury. Then, about blending and leaving fragrance, that is another process. Nowadays, shops offering DIY perfume generally buy their own spices and skip the refining process directly.
