Gaoyou is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province and managed by Yangzhou City. Located in the middle of Jiangsu Province, on the west edge of Lixia River. Xinghua city in the east, Jiangdu District, Hanjiang District and Yizheng City in the south, Tianchang City and Jinhu County in the west and Baoying County in the north, with a total area of 1.963 square kilometers.
