Abnormal weather on 20 17

The weather content of mobile phone cannot be updated. We recommend that you:

1. Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the Internet normally, pull down the top curtain of the screen to open the data connection, and then click the refresh icon to update the weather again.

2. If the manual refresh is normal, but it cannot be automatically refreshed, there may be a problem with the weather software settings. Operation: Open the weather software-More in the upper right corner (menu key)-Settings-Automatic refresh-Select the refresh time (which may increase traffic consumption).

3. Try to shut down and restart.

4. Observe after updating the weather software version.

5. Delete the weather widget from the screen, and then add the attempt again.

6. If not, check whether the mobile phone has a system push notification and try to upgrade the mobile phone to the latest version. Operation: Please go to Settings-About Equipment-Software Update (System Update)-Update (please back up the data in the equipment before upgrading).
