Fourth high temperature weather refers to the weather in which the daily maximum temperature is above 35℃ announced to the public by the meteorological offices and stations affiliated to the municipal competent meteorological department through local television, radio, newspapers and other media.
The maximum daily temperature is above 35℃, and below 37℃ is generally high temperature weather; The maximum daily temperature is above 37℃, and the weather below 40℃ is moderately hot. The maximum daily temperature above 40℃ is strong and hot weather.
Hot weather operation refers to the operation that the employer arranges workers to carry out in a high-temperature natural meteorological environment in hot weather.
Article 10 During the hot weather, the employing unit shall, according to the production characteristics and specific conditions, take measures such as reasonably arranging working hours, rotating operations, appropriately increasing the rest time of workers in the hot working environment, reducing labor intensity and reducing outdoor operations during the hot weather, etc.:
(a) the employing unit shall adjust the operation time according to the forecast temperature released by the meteorological offices and stations affiliated to the municipal competent meteorological department on the same day, except for emergency treatment due to emergency rescue and disaster relief, personal and property safety and public interests.

Under normal circumstances, in hot weather, the employer shall rest in shifts to shorten the continuous working hours of workers, and shall not arrange outdoor workers to work overtime; The employer shall earnestly do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling in high temperature weather, formulate and implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, and ensure the normal operation of heatstroke prevention and cooling equipment.
2. In medium and high temperature weather, the employing unit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Document No.89 of the General Administration of Work Safety [20 12], arrange outdoor work time for workers all day, and suspend outdoor work during the high temperature period from12 to 16. If it is necessary to work in the open air at high temperature due to the requirements of production technology, the employer shall reasonably adjust the work and rest time and take heatstroke prevention and cooling measures.
3. When the intensity of high temperature weather is high, the outdoor operation of the day should be stopped. If it is really necessary to work in the open air because of the production process requirements, the employer shall reasonably adjust the work and rest time and take measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down.
(2) Before the arrival of high-temperature weather, the employing unit shall carry out health examination for the workers who work in high-temperature weather, or adjust their posts for the workers who suffer from heart, lung, cerebrovascular diseases, tuberculosis, central nervous system diseases and other physical conditions that are not suitable for high-temperature working environment according to the records of the workers' occupational health monitoring files. The expenses for occupational health examination shall be borne by the employer.
(3) The employing unit shall not arrange pregnant female workers and underage workers to engage in outdoor open-air operations in hot weather above 35℃ or work in workplaces above 33℃.
(4) Where the work is stopped or the working hours are shortened due to the hot weather, the employing unit shall not deduct or reduce the wages of the workers.
