Suqian is in the north of Jiangsu. Suqian, referred to as Shuicheng for short, was called Xia Xiang, Suyu and Zhongwu in ancient times. It is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, located in the north of Jiangsu Province, in the center of Xuzhou, Lianyungang and Huai 'an.
