1. 2. The annual card is invalid for items that need to be paid separately in the park (such as tour buses).

3. Annual card holders must bring their cards into the park. Chongqing Happy Valley staff have the right to check the valid identity documents of cardholders, and may need to take off their hats and sunglasses when entering the park. Please cooperate with the inspection.

4. The annual card is only used by the cardholder himself. In case of fraudulent use and failure to report the loss of the card, Happy Valley has the right to immediately recycle and invalidate it.

5. Children whose height is1.2m (including1.2m to1.5m (excluding1.5m) must be led by an adult before they can enter the park with their cards.

6. If the annual card is lost or stolen, the cardholder shall immediately call to report the loss and go through the formalities at the annual card processing window of our company. Chongqing Happy Valley is not responsible for any loss before the annual card is reissued.

7. Legal cardholders of full-price annual cards, preferential annual cards for children and preferential annual cards for the elderly have the right to report the loss to Chongqing Happy Valley or exercise other rights, but minors cannot exercise the above rights alone.

8. Chongqing Happy Valley reserves the right to change the terms of the annual card without prior notice on the premise of not damaging the basic rights and interests of cardholders.

9. The annual card is valid for 1 year. For example, from February 18 to February 17 is 1 year.
