Peace elite weather system has not been cancelled, and the setting method is as follows.

1. Open the game and click the switch mode on the left.

2. There is a room option at the bottom of the mode window, click it.

3. Click to create a room.

4. Click the settings icon above.

5. Click General Settings.

6. Here is a weather drop-down box. Just click and select the corresponding weather.
