Geographical climate

The county belongs to the lake basin area of the Tang Plateau in South America, with gentle mountains, open grasslands and low terrain in the west and south. The average elevation of the county is 4700 meters. Pubaogu divides the county into two parts, the south is located on the Namco River, which is rich in aquatic plants and suitable for raising cattle. The northern part is mostly alpine semi-desert grassland, which is the natural pasture of Tibetan sheep. The main peaks are Dayushan Mountain, Kajiu Mountain and Nyainqentanglha Mountain (the elevation of the main peak is 711m). It belongs to the semi-arid monsoon climate zone in the plateau sub-cold zone. The climate is cold, the air is thin, the four seasons are not clear, the winter is long and the summer is snowy, and the annual temperature difference is relatively greater than the daily temperature difference. The annual sunshine hours are 2944.3 hours. The annual frost period is 347.6 days and there is no absolute frost-free period. The annual precipitation is 308.3 mm. Mineral resources mainly include boron, placer gold, tin, ferrochrome, salt, oil shale, jade, mica and amethyst. Wild animals include wild donkeys, black-necked cranes, Tibetan antelopes, bears, Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, snow leopards, snow chickens, rock sheep, Shili, foxes and Tuzan. The development of history

Bangor Tibetan means "auspicious protector" and is named after Bangor Cuo (Lake) in China. During the Qing Dynasty, Lang Ruzong, one of the "four northern tribes" in Tibet, was under the jurisdiction of the minister stationed in Tibet. 1942, the Tibetan government established a Qiang-based and presidential system in Naqu, and designated the Longjiang area of Lang Ruzong as another Longjiang Sect. Qinglong County and Bango County were established on July 5, 1959/kloc-0, and Qinglong County was renamed Damusadi County in 1960. 1964 In May, Damusadi County was merged into Bango County.
