What is the climate like in Adelaide, Australia all year round? What clothes are the most practical?
Adelaide has a Mediterranean climate, with wet and cold winters and dry and hot summers. It's warm during the day and night in spring and autumn. The average maximum temperature in summer is about 28 degrees Celsius (but the temperature in inland areas can be as high as 40 degrees Celsius), and the temperature in winter drops to about 15 degrees Celsius. You can wear refreshing casual clothes at ordinary times, but the temperature difference between day and night is large, so you need to add an extra coat.
