The weather forecast of my mobile phone doesn't update automatically. How can I make it right?

HuAccuwei's own weather forecast is to obtain data from ACCUWeather, a third-party service provider. It may be because the AccuWeather server is abnormal, which leads to the untimely weather update.

Solution:

We suggest you try the following methods:

1. Turn on location service: confirm whether location service is turned on, and select "Use GPS, WLAN and mobile network".

2. Try to switch network connection: If the currently connected WLAN cannot be updated, try to switch to 4G traffic data refresh; If the 4G traffic data cannot be refreshed, try to switch to WLAN.

3. If the above methods still can't be solved, please provide the following information, and we will feedback it to Accu for confirmation:

1) city/region information with abnormal weather.

2) Enter the weather interface and manually pull down to update once, and then pull down to check whether the "Last Update Time" is consistent with the system time.

Remarks:

1. When the weather conditions are met, it can be automatically updated without entering the weather application.

2. Huawei's mobile phone weather data are all from weather suppliers. At present, the weather supplier we cooperate with is AccuWeather.

"China Weather Link" is the brand of AccuWeather in China. At the end of 20 17, an agreement was reached with suppliers on data source display:

2. 1) The name of weather data source in China version of EMUI8.0 and above has been changed from "Accuweather" to "China Weather Link".

2.2) The name of weather data source in the weather that comes with EMUI version 5.1still uses "AccuWeather".
