What is the weather standard for grounded aircraft?

There are two weather standards for grounding aircraft:

1. Weather standard for terminal building: This standard is formulated according to weather phenomena or meteorological factors that affect the safety of aircraft taking off and landing, such as fog, thunderstorm, cloud height, visibility, wind direction and wind speed. When the weather is above this standard deviation, the plane can't take off and land.

2. Aviation weather standard: This standard is formulated according to dangerous weather that affects flight safety, such as thunderstorm, serious ice accumulation and bumps. When the weather on the route is more than this standard deviation, the plane should change its route or stop taking off. Due to the different topography, equipment and aircraft types of the airport, the standards adopted are also different.
