How to make a simple siphon bath

Dongdong, similar to T-joint (Y), makes tap water fall from top to bottom, forming a vacuum at T-joint, thus bringing the water from the thermos bottle below from another port, adjusting the size of tap water and temperature. I've heard of it, too. I haven't seen it. The tee should be this shape y.
