Everyone living in the city will have an idea, that is, they want to run outside during the holidays and breathe and feel the free air. I am the same way. I have been planning where to go for a long time. I was thinking about whether to go to Zhangjiajie with beautiful scenery or the mysterious and mysterious Shennongjia. As a result, after being busy on May Day, I found that I didn’t have time to go on a long-distance self-driving trip in a short period of time, so I had no choice but to reduce it to a one-day trip around the city. But even so, there must be a sense of ritual in life, take your wife, drive your car, and spend a quiet day. The pictures I took by myself just don’t feel as good as those taken by my photography guru friends, and they don’t taste as good.

Just a few words in a low voice, originally I wanted to visit some of the main popular attractions in Chongming Island. But after reading the guide, it was said that Hengsha Island can be visited by car together, so I decided to go to Hengsha Island later. Moreover, there are relatively few people going to Hengsha Island and it is primitive and unexplored. In addition, my wife expressed that she was looking forward to seeing the old uncle herding cattle as mentioned in the guide.

I waited for my wife to pack up and set off in the morning. Personally, I think it’s quite early. But maybe it was because there were so many people on weekends, and it took me a long time to walk and it felt like I was only 100m away. I saw that many new energy vehicles did not dare to turn on the air conditioner and open the windows due to battery life issues. However, the temperature was too high that day and there was a traffic jam. Most of the people in the car were covered in sweat. It was heartbreaking.

The only way to go to Hengsha Island is Changxing Island. You can drive to Changxing Island from the city, then buy a ferry ticket to get to the island, and you can take the ferry with your car, which is really a unique experience.

When you arrive at Changxing Island, the tickets are very cheap, including the price of the round trip, which only costs 50 in total.

Drive into the island and wait for the boat. Each boat is limited to a few cars. Especially when a big guy like the front gets on, there are even fewer cars that can get on.

I got on the boat and took a few photos. Unfortunately, Changxing Island is a river, so it looks like a dim river. It would be perfect if we boarded the boat to Hengsha Island and it was the sea. Even in hazy weather, the blue water can give people a sense of comfort.

After landing on the island, the roads are still in good repair, and there will be no problems if you follow the navigation all the way. Because I had to eat at noon, I found a place to eat on the island and put the car in the parking lot. Among the cars, my S60 attracted the most attention. It used its strength to tell me, "In addition to being safe, I also have good looks!"

Relatively speaking, there are not as many restrictions on the island as there are in Shanghai. I can also drive my S60 with my wife on the island. Have fun on this island.

Drive to the island art pastoral. It would definitely be more interesting if you have a family with children. There is a children's playground and there are giant rice field paintings in autumn. If you want to take your children to experience farm life, you can also go to Huaixin Farm, where you can pick fruits and vegetables, feed animals, and have rice harvesting activities in autumn. The whole place feels natural and simple to me. I discussed with my wife that we can come here to play when we have a baby. I hope this place will not become commercialized too quickly.

My wife is also a photography enthusiast. I use a Nikon Z6 and my wife uses a Canon 70D. The two of us often argue about who takes better photos, but compared to the photos taken by many big shots, we are just novices pecking each other

Take a break midway and prepare for the next trip to the lighthouse to feel the ebb and flow of the lower river. In addition, I can't help but say that it is indeed much cooler by the sea and the river, and with the sun shining today, we can see the scene of "the sun setting over the long river".

This weather is quite suitable for fun here. If the weather gets hotter, you can choose to come to Hengsha Island in the afternoon, because the latest boat back to the city is at 10 o'clock. In the evening, you can accompany your family on this small embankment. It's certainly comfortable to spread around.

When I went out, my wife tried to wear high heels. I told her that I would walk a lot, so she was timid and changed into a pair of sneakers.

After walking down a short distance, we finally saw the lighthouse. The sun sets over the long river, and the surface of the river is sparkling. Reflecting the sunlight, the scenery is beautiful. I'm glad I still have a lens that can help me record this scene.

Taking advantage of the lack of people, I clicked two pictures at an angle and waited for the big brother in front to fish away. The daughter-in-law seized the opportunity and strode towards the lighthouse. Unfortunately, she didn't take a good picture of the running figure. She looked for it several times in the camera and found that this running figure was barely visible, so she uploaded it. While writing, a poem suddenly came to my mind: "I run to you with all my strength."

I feel that if I record the whole day, it is the most beautiful time to take pictures of people. I must seize the time to take pictures and don’t waste it.

As the sun sets, I feel very interesting looking at the irregular flowers on the roadside. My wife jokes that I have been locked up for too long and feels satisfied with everything I see.

This is the first time I drove the S60 on a short-distance highway trip after I picked up the car. The overall feeling is that the T5 version accelerates very well and runs at high speeds. I always feel aggrieved by this configuration in urban areas. The initial ejection phase felt a bit fast, and the official 100-meter acceleration was well worth it. But the main thing is to drive leisurely on the highway. After all, the road is blocked and you can't hit the accelerator today. I felt the speed bumps were a little louder on the highway today, maybe because I was driving faster than in the city. Turning on the pilot assist on the highway makes it easy to drive short distances. As the tail lights of Wowo gradually came on, our day on the island slowly came to an end.
