This is because: the rain falling in the air comes from the water vapor on the surface and in the ocean. (12) How can storms, rainstorms and blizzards happen when the temperature of the earth is high? This is because: if the surface temperature is high, it is difficult for water vapor in the air to quickly condense into water droplets and fall to the surface. So there will be more and more water vapor in the air. Therefore, there will be heavy rain, storm or snowstorm. As we all know, there is no rainstorm in spring and autumn. This is because the temperature is not high in spring and autumn. As we all know, artificial rainfall is to artificially reduce the temperature of rain clouds in the air. The purpose of rain cloud temperature is to make rain clouds quickly condense into small water droplets.
