From the point of wearing comfort, of course, frame glasses are the most comfortable, because they don't touch the eyeball; Then there are soft contact lenses, and the eyeball has no foreign body sensation; Finally, RGP-when the weather is wet and there is not much dust in the air, RGP has no foreign body sensation, but once the wind blows dust into the eyes or after eye makeup, it is easy for dust to get close to the eyes. At this time, there will be a strong sense of foreign body.

In terms of wettability, you can't take a nap after wearing soft contact lenses. Even if it is 1 hour, your eyes will be very dry and you can't open your eyes after a nap. I can take a nap after taking RGP. Once, I forgot to take it off at night, slept with it all night, and woke up the next day with comfortable eyes and nothing to do. If you wear soft contact lenses, you will feel uncomfortable even after a nap 1 hour. In addition, wearing RGP in an air-conditioned room will be more comfortable than soft contact lenses.

Personal experience: Go out for a trip or something, as long as you wear contact lenses to school or work, then RGP. Then I usually rest at home and fight.
