The first night I flew to Lanzhou. I'm starving when I get off the plane. I rushed to a snack bar recommended by a friend, ordered my own food, and ate stuffed skin, candied fruit and grey beans.
It looks like cold rice noodles, but it seems a little thick. I checked the practice of both.
"Making skin is to mix a certain amount of plaster and seasoning into wheat flour, mix it with warm water to make a hard dough, knead it for a few times, and then put it in cold water for continuous kneading until the dough is fine and smooth, and wash out the starch. When the dough becomes honeycomb, it is steamed in a steamer, which is called "gluten", and then the precipitated starch paste is steamed in a steamer, which is called "steamed skin".
Cold noodles need not be washed, and there is no Gabonese ash seasoning. Just mix flour and water into a batter, let it stand for a while or overnight, dilute it with water into a delicate and sticky batter, and steam it.

Baidu said "grey", which means Peng grey. An edible alkali extracted from plants endemic to Lanzhou. Beans are peas. Edible alkali pea soup. Adding alkali softens the beans and makes the soup have an unspeakable fragrance, which is not sweet but not bitter. It's a taste in between. Coupled with the soft sand and jujube fragrance of beans, beans have not completely turned into bean paste, which is too boring. There will be a slightly hard chewing feeling, and the sweet bean fragrance will be emitted from it.
In ancient times, there was a rough casserole on the coal stove, and the pot was always filled with black and purple rotten porridge. The temperature of grey beans will not burn the mouth, but it is warm, just the acceptable temperature for the mouth. "This explanation is really warm.
The next morning, I experienced a handful of Lanzhou Lamian Noodles, which is "one clear (soup), two white (carrot), three green (coriander, garlic sprout), four red (pepper) and Huang Wu (noodle Huang Liang)". It's too late to go to a famous big store, but I'm still satisfied. Just didn't expect, Lamian Noodles became the protagonist of the next trip. And at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, I experienced two bowls of noodles that were the worst in my life. It is said that the plateau has a low boiling point, and the noodles can't be cooked well, so they are pasted in the pot.
Starting from Lanzhou, I went all the way to the west, and arrived in Zhangye. I saw the Danxia landform in Zhang Yimou and stayed.
After 9 o'clock, I arrived at my place of residence and went straight to the night market. Most of the shops were closed, so I just chose a shop to eat fish noodles. It is said that it is a special snack of Zhangye, named after it is thick in the middle and sharp at both ends, and looks like a small fish. I ordered red pepper fish noodles, Chinese cabbage, celery, bean sprouts and fried noodles. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't be too touching when you encounter cooking with a strong pot flavor!
Reminds me of hemp food in Shaanxi, which is also the shape of pasta. The beef rice in the next morning is not rice, but noodle soup made of pasta cut into rice grains, beef bone soup, beef slices, tofu slices and vermicelli, which are usually eaten for breakfast.

On the third day, I stayed in Minle County, Gansu Province. This is a quiet small county. Everyone went out and had a delicious meal together. Ordered a big plate of chicken, chicken rolls. Saute spicy chicken is not surprisingly excellent. Chicken is even more unexpected. It looks like the fried side dish is similar to the saute spicy chicken, but the paper is a small noodle roll made of noodles. Zhajiang Noodles roll is fried with fried chicken, green pepper, fungus and pepper. It is crispy outside and tender inside, fresh and delicious.
Minle County went all the way to Qinghai. The painting style began to change, and all the way, blue sky and grassland, cattle and sheep, the magical song "That endless horizon is my love" popped up in my mind every minute.
The noodles on the road were not very delicious, but yak yogurt began to appear. People in pastoral areas sell yogurt by the barrel. Yak milk is used as raw material, and the surface is covered with yellow stearin milk skin containing cream, and the milk skin is peeled off, so the yogurt is soft, tender and sticky. Westerners say so, yogurk, Greece, and orientals say "truthfully" ~ Yogurt is sugar-free, so Southeastern people have to beg for some sugar along the way and get used to it. But it's really delicious
On the first day, Qinghai lived in a Tibetan family in Qilian County at the foot of Qilian Mountain Snow Mountain. Looking out from the room is this snowy mountain. I also ate the dishes cooked by my fellow villagers. I didn't shoot it.
After Qilian county, I went to a snow peak with the highest altitude of 4 120 meters. Then go all the way to a small county called Gangcha. The temperature plummeted and it snowed the next day. Go to eat local famous braised mutton in the evening. Unfortunately, Homepage Jun never dared to eat mutton in his life. But I still silently ate the side dishes in the pot, potatoes and steamed bread, all of which were baked. Rough and unrestrained but still delicious. You can see from the surrounding that this is a delicious pot of mutton ~
After the inspection, I set off for Chaka Salt Lake and Qinghai Lake. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good, and I didn't see the sky of Chaka Salt Lake. I live by Qinghai Lake at night. For the first time in my life, I got up at three o'clock in the middle of the night to watch the stars, and got up at six o'clock to watch the sunrise by the lake. The food is also very simple. Settled down where you live.
The last day's trip is Ta 'er Temple in Qinghai. I ate beef tendon noodles at the food stall in front of the temple. But it's not beef tendon, it's long noodles made of gluten. I like gluten very much, so I like this together. The background is a bowl of homemade yogurt.
The trip ended in Qinghai. I often think that music can be recorded and beautiful scenery can be photographed. These beautiful things can be kept and shared with others, but the delicious ones can't. In addition to eating in real life, pictures can only give people an illusory imagination.
