Guizhou feels like wearing a veil, which makes you always want to unveil its mysterious veil, perhaps because of the ancient Yelang country, the mysterious ancient salt road and the ancient towns scattered everywhere.

The mystery of Guizhou is mainly reflected in winter. Although it is located in the south of the plateau, it is still very cold every winter. Because of a lot of water vapor, fog has become the norm. The fog seems to have covered the whole of Guizhou, making it even more confusing.

Our journey has entered the boundary of Guizhou not far from Yaoba ancient town, and the mountains in Guizhou are also very recognizable. The unique karst landform and the caves that appear from time to time have a feeling of being in the mountains and rivers. Along the landscape avenue of Chishui River, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and soon arrived in Bing 'an.

Bing' an was called Bing Beach in ancient times. It is named because it is located in the middle reaches of the famous Chishui River in Sichuan and Guizhou.

The ancient town of Ping 'an was built in Daguan in the Northern Song Dynasty for three years and has a history of nearly a thousand years. The Qing Dynasty was an important post for Sichuan Salt to enter Guizhou. There is the only Red Army Exhibition Hall in China. It is one of the four ancient towns in Guizhou, which shows the lofty status of the Pearl of Chishui River.

When you stop the car, the first thing you see is the Red Army Bridge, which hangs on the cliffs on both sides of the river. It looks dangerous. In the middle, the symbol of the Red Army shines, telling the story of the past. As a result, the building opposite the cliff is even more jaw-dropping.

The whole main building complex of Bing 'an ancient town is built on the rocks of the river beach, so it is also called the city on the big stone. Shops along the Chishui River are all supported, lifted and framed with wood to fix stilts, which seems to be in jeopardy. Built on the mountain and hung in mid-air, it looks amazing. If you open the window and look down, it is extremely thrilling and very scary.

But don't worry too much, the diaojiao building in Bing 'an ancient town is still rock-solid after years of wind and frost. It is enough to reflect the wisdom of the ancients and make people admire it.

Walking through the suspension bridge and going up and down the steps, you enter the ancient town. The narrow passage can only allow one person to pass through, and the aroma of food floats all over the town, among which Chili is also essential. People in Guizhou like peppers as much as people in Sichuan.

Ping 'an ancient town has well-preserved diaojiao building, ancient stockade gate, slate street and cliff stone carvings. Known as "the living fossil of Ming and Qing architecture and history, the Millennium ancient castle of military commercial enterprises". There is no fork in the road, only a short street, but it embodies the vicissitudes of life.

Although the ancient town is not big, the street that runs through it is called Hulu Street, which is 800 meters long, only 8.5 meters at its widest point and less than two meters at its narrowest point. It looks like an inverted gourd shape, with Donghuamen as the entrance and Taipingmen as the bottom, symbolizing the wealth flowing from Chishui River into the ancient town. Hulu Street is an architectural display of ancient wisdom, which symbolizes the unity of heaven, earth and man.

The ancient town of Ping 'an has always been full of charm. "Under the beach in C, ten feet of rough waves are rolling clouds. Chen Xijin, a poet in the Qing Dynasty, once wrote seven poems, such as Rain on the Beach C and Under the Beach C ... which left a deep impression on this small town by the Chishui River. The smoke on the tree was collected in the evening, and the wind and rain fell on the bed for no reason. The poem "the guest shakes the blue light and the beach shakes the small building all night" has been passed down to this day.

At the same time of poetry, peace is also full of blood. Accompanied by Chishui River in Tao Tao, Donghuamen witnessed the killing of the war and the bitterness of the pursuers. Ping Man written by Yuan Shimeng in the Southern Song Dynasty, Ping Bo written by Li Hualong in the Ming Dynasty, Shi Dakai's voyage to the Western Ocean in the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and the struggle of warlords in Sichuan and Guizhou during the Republic of China all left bloody memories in Ping An.

When the Red Army was on the Long March, it also left its footprints. In addition to entering the Red Army Bridge in the ancient town, there is also the only exhibition hall of the Red Army Corps in China, which records the eventful years.

At dusk, Lin Biao led the army regimental headquarters to the third beach field, and the general regimental headquarters was located in the landlord's room of Wangxing Ancient Town. Lin Biao's residence is still preserved here today. The situation was very critical. The Red Army was frustrated in the battle between Fuxing Field and Huangpi Cave, and the Central Red Army was besieged on the slope of Qinggang in Tucheng. The Central Red Army ordered Lin Biao and Nie to stop the plan of going north to seize Chishui and crossing the river and return to Tucheng immediately. Cross Chishui from Tucheng, so Bing 'an Ancient Town is the place to kick off the four crossings of Chishui.

Red Peace allows visitors to visit and admire Wan Li and miss the great Red Army. Walking through Donghuamen, close to Chishui River, in winter, the water of Chishui River is as green as jade, and it looks more delicate without the blood red in summer.

Walking through the stone arch bridge is the famous ancient salt road in Sichuan and Guizhou. Sichuan salt entered Guizhou from here, and the stone nose tied to the ship on the stone wall along the Chishui River is still clearly visible. Looking at the past, I seem to see the busy scene along the Chishui River in the past. It must be full of people, too.

When the drone took off and took a panoramic view of the ancient town from a height, we really understood the danger of the ancient town. The mysterious ancient town is formed by the swift river, irregular boulders and dense diaojiao buildings.

The ancient town of Ping 'an has carried too much wind and rain for thousands of years, just like a pearl embedded in Chishui River, waiting for tourists to explore.
