How to read Buddhist scriptures?

First of all, we should choose the Mahayana classics correctly, not the apocrypha! Then from shallow to deep, choose the classics you want to read.

Wash your hands and gargle, and read respectfully. After reading it, don't put the scriptures around, but store them in a clean bookshelf and other suitable places.

Don't give up after repeated research, read it once, study it many times, think it many times, experience it many times, and study it deeply many times, so as to better understand the connotation of Buddhist scriptures.
