Reservation: After booking a seat, the passenger will take the flight with the reserved seat ticket. Passenger fare: Passenger fare refers to the air transportation price of passengers from the departure airport to the arrival airport, excluding the ground transportation cost from the airport to the urban area.

Lost ticket: If a passenger loses his ticket, he should apply in writing to the carrier or his sales agent for reporting the loss, and provide the original date and place of ticket purchase, valid identity documents, the certificate of the public security department where the ticket was lost and other certificates sufficient to prove the loss of the ticket. The carrier shall not be responsible for the fraudulent use or return of the ticket before applying for loss reporting.

Flight: Passengers should arrive at the airport within the time limit specified by the carrier, and go through the check-in formalities on time with their tickets and their valid identity documents. The time for stopping check-in shall be stipulated by the carrier.

Change of ticket: If the passenger wants to change the flight, date and class of cabin after purchasing the ticket, it should be handled according to the actual possibility and transportation conditions of the carrier.

Refund: Passengers (otherwise stipulated by group passengers) request a refund 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight listed in the ticket (including irregular tickets), and the refund fee shall be stipulated by the carrier; If a refund is required within 24 to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, a refund fee of 10% of the passenger fare will be charged; Ask for a refund within 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, and charge a refund fee of 20% of the guest list price.

Flight delay: Flight delay refers to passengers who fail to check in at the specified time or fail to take the flight because their travel permits do not meet the requirements. Passengers who request to change their follow-up flights or refund their tickets after missing the plane shall be handled according to the provisions of the carrier.

Health: seriously ill passengers need to hold a certificate issued by a medical unit suitable for flying, and obtain the consent of the carrier or its sales agent in advance before purchasing tickets.

Personal effects: passengers with first-class tickets can carry two items with them; Passengers with business class or economy class tickets can only carry one item with them. The volume of each article shall not exceed 20×40×55 cm, and the total weight of the above two articles shall not exceed 5 kg. Articles exceeding the specified quantity, weight or volume shall be checked as checked baggage in accordance with the regulations.

Free baggage allowance: For passengers with adult tickets or children tickets, the free baggage allowance for each person is 40kg for first class, 30kg for business class and 20kg for economy class. Passengers with baby tickets have no free baggage allowance.

Articles not allowed to be transported as luggage: Passengers are not allowed to carry inflammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, radioactive, polymerizable, magnetic and other dangerous articles in checked luggage or personal belongings. When flying, passengers are not allowed to carry weapons, controlled knives, sharp weapons and murder weapons. Articles not allowed in checked baggage: passengers are not allowed to carry important documents, materials, diplomatic envelopes, securities, currency, bills of exchange, valuables, fragile and perishable articles and other articles that need special custody. The carrier shall be liable for the loss or damage of the above items carried in the checked baggage according to the ordinary checked baggage.

Baggage packing: The checked baggage must be packed, locked and tied tightly, and can withstand certain pressure. Baggage that does not meet the packaging requirements and transportation conditions may be rejected by the undertaker.

Baggage compensation: If the checked baggage is damaged or lost, the carrier shall be responsible for compensation. The compensation limit shall not exceed 50 yuan per kilogram. According to the actual consignment weight.

Baggage declared value: If the value of checked baggage exceeds RMB 50 yuan per kilogram, the baggage value can be declared. The carrier charges the declared value surcharge. The declared value cannot exceed the actual value of the luggage itself. The maximum declared value of each passenger's luggage is RMB 8000. If the luggage is damaged or lost, the carrier shall compensate according to the declared value.

Security check: Before boarding the plane, passengers and their luggage must go through security check.

Abnormal flight service: if the flight is delayed or cancelled due to the carrier's reasons, the carrier shall provide passengers with free accommodation and other services; In case of delay or cancellation at the departure station due to weather, emergency, air traffic control, security check, passengers, etc., the carrier may assist the passengers in arranging meals and accommodation, and the expenses shall be borne by the passengers themselves.

Injury compensation: The maximum amount of compensation for personal injury of each passenger by the carrier shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Council. Passenger insurance: Passengers can voluntarily insure domestic air transport passengers in personal accident insurance with insurance companies. The payment of the insured amount does not exempt or reduce the compensation limit that the carrier should bear.
