What year was Typhoon Tian Ge?
Super typhoon Tian Ge (English: Super Typhoon Hato, international code: 17 13, Joint Typhoon Warning Center: 15W, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Administration: Isang) is a storm named after the typhoon season of 20 17 in the Pacific Ocean. The name "Tian Ge" was provided by Japan, which means Tian Ge (name of constellation).
Typhoon Tian Ge was generated in the northwest Pacific Ocean on August 20th, 2065 14. Since then, its intensity has been continuously strengthened, and it was upgraded to typhoon level on August 22 and strong typhoon level on August 23. It jumped two levels in one day, and the strongest reached15,48m/s (the best path was upgraded to super typhoon level,16,52m/s).
Later, it was recognized as a strong typhoon (14,45m/s) by the Central Meteorological Observatory, and made landfall in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China around 12: 50 on 23rd, then downgraded to tropical depression on 24th14, and finally stopped numbering 17.
