Is the temperature in Rwanda very high?

Although it is an African country, it is actually ok, not as hot as we usually think.

Of course, it is worth noting that the average temperature here is 18 degrees, which is not comparable to that in China. Because of the same temperature, there will be great differences due to different humidity. For example, the average temperature in winter in Northeast China is below zero, but the actual feeling is not necessarily much colder than that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The feeling of "wet cold" and "dry cold" is much worse, and so is heat.
