Is the temperature in Rwanda very high?

Although it is an African country, it is actually ok, not as hot as we usually think.

The following is from Baidu Encyclopedia:

Rwanda is a landlocked country on the south side of the equator in central and eastern Africa. It borders Tanzania in the east, Burundi in the south, Zaire in the west and northwest, and Uganda in the north, with a land area of 26,338 square kilometers. The territory is mountainous and is known as the "country of thousands of hills". Most areas have a tropical plateau climate and a tropical grassland climate, which is mild and cool, with an annual average temperature of 18 degrees.

Of course, it is worth noting that the average temperature here is 18 degrees, which is not comparable to that in China. Because of the same temperature, there will be great differences due to different humidity. For example, the average temperature in winter in Northeast China is below zero, but the actual feeling is not necessarily much colder than that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The feeling of "wet cold" and "dry cold" is much worse, and so is heat.
