Swim in the wind

Song Zijian

On the morning of May 4th, Wan Li was clear, and the air after the rain was exceptionally fresh. This is really a fine day. My parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and my one-year-old cousin, a family of ten people, men, women and children, rented a van and went to visit Fengyukou happily.

The wind and rain mouth is only 53 kilometers away from Xi, and it takes less than an hour. There is a small river at Fengyukou, which flows out from the depths of Qinling Mountains, hence the name Fengyukou. The river flows to the end, sometimes wide and sometimes narrow, sometimes urgent and sometimes slow. There is a suspension bridge on both sides of the river. The suspension bridge is made of chains with small boards hanging on it. The suspension bridge is about thirty or forty meters long, one meter wide and five meters away from the river. Walking on the suspension bridge, I feel jumpy and I feel that I will fall if I am not careful. I walked carefully behind my father, and my aunt turned pale with fear on the suspension bridge and cried. After crossing the suspension bridge, we played in the water by the river, washed our faces and hands, and picked up interesting stones. We had such a good time that even my one-year-old watch wanted to play in the water.

After playing for a while, everyone was hungry, so we ate our own bread, biscuits, eggs, tomatoes and other things by the river and ate them all in a blink of an eye.

After dinner, we began to climb the mountain. The mountain road is steep and rugged, winding, and it is really a bit difficult to climb up. My cousin Le Jia looks very young, but she climbs the mountain very fast. My uncle doesn't exercise at ordinary times, and she came panting after going down the mountain. After climbing for 1 hour, I arrived at Jingyi Temple, where there were statues of Tathagata and Guanyin Bodhisattva, and many monks lived. We had a rest there, drank some water, then continued to climb the mountain and soon reached the top of the mountain. At the top of the mountain, we suddenly saw a beautiful peacock. The peacock just opened the screen, but we scared it away. Standing on the top of the mountain, looking south, is a plain in Ma Pingchuan. Looking north, mountains and rivers are connected. The scenery at the top of the mountain is really spectacular. When we went down the mountain, we split into two roads. My mother and my uncle led by my father all the way down the mountain. However, somehow, we finally had no choice but to go back the same way.

At six o'clock in the afternoon, we returned home and ended our pleasant trip.
