1, planting management

Generally, pumpkin can be planted in February-March of the lunar calendar every year, but seeds should be properly selected before planting. In sunny weather, the seeds should be dried for three days, then put in water at 55℃ 15 minutes, then put in water at 30℃ for 3-4 hours, wrapped with wet wipes, and placed at 25-30℃ for two days.

When planting, you need to put them in small holes, put 3 seeds in each hole, and then cover them with two centimeters of sand, keeping the distance between holes 50 centimeters. Generally, it can germinate in 10- 15 days. Of course, after growing 3-5 leaves, you can plant them. At this time, it is necessary to pick out the diseased plants. After 10, topdressing can be applied, topping should be done when 8- 10 leaves are used, and brackets should be set along the vine to make the leaves better distributed.

2. Maintenance management

In the process of pumpkin growth, we need to pay attention to maintenance. First of all, it must be cultivated in time, and the roots and seedlings must not be damaged when weeding, so that the roots can grow and develop better. Weed 2-3 times in the whole growth period, but don't hurt the roots. Be sure not to water too much after planting. The management of topdressing is also very important.
