What if Huawei's desktop weather is not updated?

The weather location permission is set to allow only during use. By default, only the weather App is opened to allow the weather to get location permission, but the desktop weather widget does not get location permission, so it cannot be updated.

Please change the "Weather Location" permission from "Allow only during use" to "Allow always".

Modification method: Open Settings > Application Management > Display System Programs, search for weather, and click Permission > Location Information, which will only be allowed during use, and will be modified to always be allowed.
