Is the climate the same as the weather?

"Weather" refers to the comprehensive situation that affects the instantaneous meteorological characteristics of human activities. For example, we can say: "Today, the weather is fine, the wind is sunny, and the sky is clear in Wan Li; Yesterday, the weather was terrible, there was a storm, and so on. And this kind of weather can't be described as weather; "Climate" refers to the multi-year characteristics of meteorological conditions of the whole earth or a certain region in a year or a period. For example, Kunming has four seasons like spring; Most areas of the Yangtze River basin are mild in spring and autumn, hot in midsummer and cold in winter, so we call it temperate climate with four distinct seasons.

Meteorologists said that this year's phenomenon does not belong to the category of global climate deterioration, but belongs to normal changes, which occur once every few decades.
