Lonely ruins, silent old vines, desolate dead leaves on the ground, Xiao Sen caves in stone walls, cold Liang Shi stone foundations and burnt bricks are all poems of silent years.

With the rise and fall of the world, this stone city is enough to become half of the historical records. In Shicheng, I suddenly heard Chen Ziang and Long song echoing: "Where are those lost times before me? Behind me, where are the future generations? I think of heaven and earth, there is no limit, there is no end, I am alone, my tears fall. " Facing the reality, I can't help singing such a sentence: "Things have changed, ancient and modern, and rivers and mountains remain unchanged, still witnessing in this trace."

We climbed to the top of the back seat gate and were surprised to find that there was a circle of rotten roots on the residual surface of the thick city wall, which was enough for two people to hug. Presumably, when the city was built, the city wall was built with trees, and the rotten roots were actually the cross section of the trunk, which was even more magical.

The left end of the city wall is connected with a precipice of towering rocks, and a huge ancient banyan tree is climbing on the cliff, and the horizontal branches cover half of the mountain gate. Huge roots bite the inside and outside of the city wall, staggered, covered with scabies and grotesque. Especially in the outer corner of the city wall, it completely bites into a root cliff, pouring down from the cliff like a waterfall, which is ancient and spectacular, and its ancient degree is shocking. I don't know when the name Shicheng began, but it is worthy of the name. Although it belongs to the government protection unit, it only confirms the ownership control, but it is abandoned in the wilderness like a broken jar and allowed to wither naturally. The construction of the Stone Town once had a glorious history, once majestic and powerful, once vigorous and powerful, once in the army, once lively and unusual, once mysterious, once full of lofty sentiments, once generous and sad, once in good weather, once in chaos. Historical changes, human affairs, the metabolism of the world, Shicheng left us too much thinking.

In order to find the historical traces of Shicheng, I specially consulted Gu Zuyu's Minutes of Reading Historical Records, and nothing was mentioned in it. Presumably, there were few local literati in ancient times and few people with the ability to record in writing, so it is difficult to record general historical records; Outland celebrities have no time to set foot in secluded corners of the country. There are records in local chronicles, but they were lost in the catastrophe of generations, so Shicheng may not have detailed historical materials.

It is only after bitter historical records that its outline is obtained. This Shicheng is actually the former site of Fengyang County in Han Dynasty. Tang Li Ji's Yuanhe County Records "goes out of Fengyang County and reaches Jiaozhou (now Hezhou) for 145 miles in the north. The old county of this Han Dynasty belongs to Cangwu County. It is named after the mark of water. Wu belongs to the county, Sui belongs to Guizhou, and Wude belongs to Hezhou for four years. " At that time, Hezhou governed He Lin, Fengyang, Fengcheng, Guiling, Dangshan and Fuchuan counties.

Pingyang is open, and you are confident to see the lava peak gradually. The land is flat, the countryside stretches, the countryside is sparse, the sky is high and the eyes are far away, and the scenery is beautiful.
