Train:

1. Cold protection: The highest elevation of Mount Emei is 3,099 meters, and the relative height is more than 2,500 meters (the elevation of Mount Emei at the foot of the mountain is only 420 meters). The vertical difference is great, and the temperature is often about 10℃ lower than that at the foot of the mountain. Therefore, climbers need to prepare for the cold in advance (Jinding also has cotton-padded clothes for rent).

2. Rain protection: Emei Mountain has low clouds and dense fog, and it stops and falls in the drizzle all day. Climbers should prepare corresponding rain gear (light plastic film raincoat is preferred).

3. Anti-skid: Some sections of Mount Emei are very smooth and dangerous. Visitors should pay special attention to safety and should not wear bare-soled and hard-soled shoes.

4. When you take a one-day tour of Emei Mountain, be sure to ask about the tour route, because there are A and B lines in the area. Line A only plays Jinding, and Line B plays Wannian Temple, Bailong Cave, Yin Qing Pavilion, Yixiantian and Monkey Play Area in Zhongshan District.
