At the same time, most parts of southern China are suffering from high temperature, and the "culprit" is also subtropical high. In the subtropical high control area, clouds and water vapor are not easy to accumulate, and the sky is clear, partly cloudy, with high temperature and sunny weather.

This is not normal. It is people's living habits that change the weather.
