Time: June 15 to September 15 every year (June 15 to August 15 in northern Shaanxi).

If the employing unit arranges laborers to engage in outdoor open-air operations in high temperature weather above 35℃ and cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature below 33℃, it shall pay high temperature allowance to the laborers. The payment standard is 25 yuan per person per day. The distribution time is from June 1 day to September 30th every year.
Note: The high temperature allowance shall be borne by the unit where the laborer works, and shall be included in the total wages, not the minimum wage. The employing unit shall not reduce or deduct the wages of workers because they stop working or shorten their working hours during the high temperature period.

Can't! The employer shall not arrange pregnant female workers and underage workers to engage in outdoor open-air operations and high-temperature operations above 33℃ during high-temperature weather above 35℃. If the work stoppage and working hours are shortened due to high temperature weather, the employer shall not deduct or reduce the wages of the workers.
4. Can heatstroke prevention drinks replace high temperature allowance?
Can't! The employing unit shall provide enough heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks and basic drugs that meet the hygiene standards for workers working at high temperatures. Don't replace the distribution of heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks with money and goods, and don't replace the high temperature allowance with heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks.
As an integral part of labor remuneration, high temperature allowance is not dispensable? Welfare? . The employer shall provide enough heatstroke prevention and cooling drinks and necessary drugs, such as mung bean soup, watermelon and other heatstroke prevention and cooling foods or related drugs, which meet the health standards of workers in hot and hot weather.
