1993 10.20: An employee working in the hotline of America's most wanted man received a phone call from a young woman, who was in tears. Terry ran away from home at the age of 15 and escaped from his mother. She wandered the streets, fighting mental illness and drug addiction. Teresa was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of conspiracy to murder, and two special charges: multiple murders and maltreatment to death.
