Why this year is so weak is mainly due to the influence of subtropical high. According to the relevant news of the Meteorological Observatory, it is found that this year's high temperature weather is related to the abnormal atmospheric circulation. It can be seen from the monitoring that the western Pacific subtropical high has a large influence range and strong intensity. Through this control, downdraft appeared in some areas in the south, and the sky was clear and cloudy, because the radiation had a great influence during the day, and there was more hot air near the ground, which would lead to a wide range of high temperature.
