Which is the best climate, Wuhan, Changsha or Sichuan?

Wuhan is located in the plain of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. There is no natural barrier. It is still very cold when the wind blows south in winter, and it is very hot in summer. The climate doesn't seem very good.

Changsha is similar, but better than Wuhan.

Chengdu is located in Chengdu Plain, Sichuan Basin, with Qinba Mountain in the north. The influence of winter wind on her is greatly weakened, so winter is not bad. But summer is sultry, because it is in the basin.

I think Chengdu has the best climate among the three places.
