Duku Highway in Xinjiang is known as "the most beautiful tourist highway in China". This road passes through nearly 10 major rivers in Tianshan Mountain and four ice banks with year-round snow, one third of which are cliffs and one fifth is alpine permafrost. The lowest altitude is 450 meters, the highest is 3390 meters, and the vertical drop is nearly 3000 meters.

It spans the Tianshan ridge, connects northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang, and covers more than 80% of Xinjiang's beautiful scenery and humanities. Affected by natural factors such as winter snowfall, freezing and snow closure in Tianshan Mountain area, traffic control was implemented from May 438 to April-May of the following year, and it was closed for most of the year and only opened for about five months. The normal opening hours are from June 1 day to September 30th every year, which can be advanced or postponed as appropriate according to the specific weather conditions of each year.
