The Beilin District Committee and Government urgently transferred and resettled 478 people affected by the disaster, arranged for the treatment of 52 injured people, and urgently dispatched 200 beds of quilts, 36 boxes of mineral water, bread 1000 kg and other foods to the disaster area.

Helen treated more than 30 villagers injured in the tornado disaster in time. Among them, four people in Rongxiang Town, which suffered the most, were slightly injured and were sent to the Second People's Hospital of Helen for treatment. Seven people were seriously injured and sent to the First People's Hospital of Helen for treatment; 18 people were sent to Suiling County Hospital for treatment.
