Huaian weather is cold.

I feel a little tangled when I return to Beijing to report my work in a couple of days. Because I left Huaian this time, I don't know if I will come back.

My colleagues and friends in Huai 'an knew I was going back to Beijing, so they had a drink together and said it was a farewell dinner. In fact, wine is often drunk, every week, but now there is a ready-made reason, there is no reason not to drink.

I have been in Huai 'an for almost a year and have feelings for it. As an adult, I haven't lived in another city for so long, except Beijing. I remember, I mentioned Huai 'an a year ago, but I may still be confused about its location. I may even confuse it with several cities with the word "Huai" in Anhui, but now, I have basically walked through the towns and villages of this city. My feelings for this city are mixed in the footprints left here.

It was the middle of winter when I first arrived in Huai 'an, and the cold weather in northern Jiangsu really scared me. But Su Beiren's enthusiasm is also best displayed in winter. I thought it was close to the south of the Yangtze River, and people were gentle and smooth, so I didn't have to go to the wine table to socialize like Northeast China or Inner Mongolia, but I didn't want to be a wine country in northern Jiangsu.

Huai 'an locals often say "three ditches and one river". Only when you are new here will someone tell you such a story on the wine table. At first, I thought they were talking about some kind of geographical knowledge, and later I knew whether my understanding was right or wrong.

Even a bunch of place names, the chance to put them together is wine. Three ditches are Gaogou, tanggou and Shuanggou, and one river is Yanghe. Listen to these names, and you will find their positions among the eight famous wines in China, or among the ten famous wines. We are familiar with Yanghe Daqu and Shuanggou Daqu, and the wine we often drink in Huai 'an comes from Gaogou Town, which is in Huai 'an.

Then, how can you live in Huai 'an without the fragrance of wine?

My emotional journey with Huai 'an began with a small bowl of white porcelain, a spoon of white porcelain and a half-money cup of white porcelain.

At the beginning of the banquet, the protagonist fills up the small bowl first, then everyone laughs while chatting, and puts the wine in the small bowl into the small cup with a spoon. Then the host led everyone to propose a toast, * * * got together, and then caught a fight. The small white porcelain cup is exquisitely carved and full of Yanghe River, Shuanggou River or the world. It is crystal clear and fragrant, which makes people feel irresistible when they pick it up.

Don't be Busy Another rule on Huai 'an wine table is to be passive with Nuo Nuo, so he offered a glass of wine, put two dishes on it, and then followed suit. Next, one person follows the other. You give him two glasses, and he gives you two glasses. Two glasses of wine can fulfill their respective obligations and then come back.

Huai' an people, or everyone in northern Jiangsu, are very meticulous. As soon as they open their seats, they can calculate the weight they want to drink. Without the capacity of four or five bowls, it is difficult to greet this large table of drinkers.

Now that I think about it, my first impression of Huai 'an people is that they can drink.

Fortunately, with this delicious and mellow three ditches and one river, I can also find the simple and heavy enthusiasm of Huai' an people in the cold winter, which can't help but impress those who haven't seen for a long time.

I called my office in Beijing this morning, but no one answered. When I was about to blame these official colleagues for being too irresponsible, someone told me that it was Saturday, but I was too confused. I called the landlord again and made an appointment to check out the next day.

In the afternoon, I felt a little dizzy. I went back to my residence and slept for a while before going to the office. When Mr Xu came back, it was very late. We talked about some things in his office, but we had many differences and were not happy.

After a while, Xiao Zhang came back, holding a lot of half-height tea cake gift boxes. Lao Xu said it was a specialty of Chuzhou, so Xiao Zhang bought it for me. I looked at the report data with rapt attention and only thanked him verbally for his kindness. But I really don't want to take too much vanity. After all, there are bags of luggage that I need to move to the train.

Lao Xu is also thinking about things at work. His frown is like a disaster at home. Like the tiger on display in the zoo, he walked around the house uneasily, which made me feel uneasy. But he is the leader, wandering in other people's own cages. I can't stop him, so I have to stare at the data in the computer and make the screen full of vision, as if the tiger was gone. Instead, Xiao Zhang stood there awkwardly for a long time with the pile of tall teacups, and then whispered, "Where did you put it?"

The heavy-eyed tiger, who had been wandering, suddenly found the embarrassment of tea and stopped to say to me solemnly, "Hey, it's for you." I have to be sincere and humble again. Lao Xu didn't know that I might go back to Beijing this time, so I didn't know that I needed to take a lot of bags. This pile of half-height tea is really chicken ribs to me.

He opened a box for me to taste. That's really crispy rosin. It's delicious. Drinking tea in Huai 'an, where you pay attention, will give you a Fluttershy prickly heat to make snacks.

When I was in Huai 'an food market, I often saw the spread of fried food, which was a bit like the fried fork that Beijingers liked, except that the fried noodles were arranged in springs. It is often the hostess who spreads the wrapped slender noodles between her fingers, and the man uses long chopsticks to pick the wrapped noodles, stretch them slightly, roll them into a shape, put them in a hot oil pan, and fry them into golden brown, crispy and delicious.

Now this snack can be used as a gift, and the box is labeled "Chinese famous snack". Lao Xu feels that whether he is happy at work or not, this pile of teacups bears his heart and has the responsibility to go to Beijing with me. Although I still locked my eyebrows like a disaster at home, I solemnly said to me, "You have to accept this. This is the deep affection of Huai 'an people. Huai' an people went to Beijing to give gifts to General Manager Zhou with scorpions. "

In Huai 'an, as long as you let a teacup master know that you are from Beijing, he will tell you that the leaders of Huai 'an County Party Committee went to Beijing for a meeting, and they gave Huai 'an teacups to the general manager born in Huai 'an. It's true, just like the fried teacups they laid for the manager, my family lives next door to the manager's house.

"But he always ignores the integrity of his old man's house and doesn't receive gifts," I jokingly looked up and told Lao Xu.

"So you know", Lao Xu also hey hey smiled, he finally had a smile.

"Well, I accept the kindness of the people of Huai 'an, but when I get to Beijing, I will send you to China and South China, and you can try the kindness of the people of Beijing. "

I also discussed with Lao Xu that I will check out tomorrow and leave some things with him. He said, don't rent any more, just open a room in the company. My mood is a little complicated. I want to say goodbye, but I can't say it, like a deserter who lost the battle.

I am eager to go home, but in Huai 'an, there are too many feelings I can't give up. My concern for Lao Xu was actually awkward for a while.

Then, everyone went to drink together again. Sitting in the drinking place, I can see the night outside the window. The dim light reflected the slowly flowing Grand Canal. The busy Grand Canal is shadowy, and the roar of motor is endless.

This is the most common sight of the year, and now I want to say goodbye to it. People often joke on the wine table, drink quickly, drink quickly ... If you don't drink, I'll throw it into the canal and let you swim back to Beijing. Now I want to say goodbye to such a group of people. In Huai 'an, when I was most lonely, I often looked at the north through the canal. Now I'm going back to the north. Will I miss it here?

I went back to my dormitory at night and wanted to continue packing, but I always felt that I should write something for this day, but I couldn't figure it out, so I scribbled these for myself and left them to Huai' an.

Goodbye, Huaian.
