Production steps in essential oil soap (cold method)
Step two, put on gloves and aprons, clear the table and move out all the guys you need, hehe. Remember to prepare the mold in advance.
Step 3: Weigh out the oil to be used one by one, put it into a stainless steel pot, heat it in water, turn off the fire when all the oil becomes liquid oil, put it aside and cool it to 45-50℃.
Step 4, weigh out the water and put it aside.
Step five, weigh sodium hydroxide, and be careful. No matter how hot the weather is, don't wear gloves to cool down!
Step 6, pour sodium hydroxide into water, pour it aside and stir it quickly with a stainless steel spoon. At this time, it is best to hold your breath for a minute, or put on a mask, because it smells ~ ~ ~, hehe, just try it. Stir until sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved in water, and the water changes from turbid to clear. Set aside and cool to 40 ~ 50℃.
Step 7, when the temperature of the alkali solution and the oil reaches the ideal state, slowly pour the alkali solution into the oil pan and stir it quickly with a stainless steel eggbeater, and never let go of any corner that may be forgotten.
Step 8, stir, stir, stir again, the sooner the better, the harder the better, until the soap liquid becomes sticky from something like water and finally becomes something like mayonnaise. At this stage, it is called a trace.
Step 9: You can add your favorite essential oil, such as lavender essential oil, rose essential oil, and natural flowers and plants (rose, marigold, etc. ) and the oil used to make surperfat (this thing will be introduced in detail in the next chapter), and then stir well.
Step 10: Pour the traced soap into the mold you prepared, pour it quickly, and scrape the soap around the pot with a rubber scraper (otherwise it would be a pity).
Step 11: Cover the mold with plastic film or other things, then put it in a box or container that can keep warm, and wrap it with a blanket or quilt to keep warm.
Step 12: Wait patiently for 24 hours before demoulding! It's finished after demoulding.
