The area code of Shenzhen

Shenzhen, referred to as Pengcheng for short, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province and a city with separate plans. It is a megacity, a special economic zone, a national economic center city and a national innovative city approved by the State Council, and one of the core engine cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. By the end of 2022, there were nine districts in the city, with a total area of 1997.47 square kilometers and a permanent population of 1766654.38+0800.

The predecessor of Shenzhen was Bao 'an County, the main part of which belonged to Xin 'an County of guangzhou fu in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and belonged to Huiyang area before the city was built. The name of Shenzhen was first discovered in the eighth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (14 10), and Shenzhen was established in 1979. 1980 became the first special economic zone established in China.

The natural environment of Shenzhen

Shenzhen is located in the low latitude and belongs to the south subtropical monsoon climate, with long summer and short winter, mild climate, abundant sunshine and rainfall. Affected by the monsoon, the southeast wind prevails in summer, with low monsoon pressure, many tropical cyclones, high temperature and rain, and the northeast monsoon prevails in other seasons, with dry weather and mild climate. The annual average temperature is 22.4℃, the highest temperature is 38.7℃ (1980 July 10), and the lowest temperature is 0.2℃ (1957 February 1 1).

There is abundant rainfall, with the rainy season from April to September every year, with annual rainfall of1.933mm, maximum annual rainfall of 2662mm (1.957) and minimum annual rainfall of 91.3mm (1.963).
