Chapter II General Layout of Construction and Construction Preparation
2. 1 general layout
Considering that the project is scattered and the newly-built bridges have the same structure, according to the bidding data and site survey, it is planned to set up a centralized prefabrication yard in one place to prefabricate all small and medium-sized precast beams, plates and railings in a centralized way, and then transport them to the corresponding bridge site for installation. Set up temporary facilities at each new bridge site to meet the needs of site construction. Workshop planning is based on the principle of nearby layout, which is convenient for construction supervision. At the same time, comprehensive consideration should be given to reasonable planning and layout, and it should be implemented after being approved by the supervisor.
2.2 On-site diplomatic channel
The transportation of this project is convenient, and the existing township roads can meet the construction needs, ensuring the transportation of construction machinery, equipment, materials and supplies. According to the arrangement of temporary facilities on the site, the traffic roads in the site shall be completely leveled, and then the traffic roads shall be arranged.
2.3 Construction water
Domestic water: the domestic water at the construction site is pumped by drilling wells.
Water for construction and production: draw the river water that has passed the inspection nearby from Hanoi.
2.4 Communications, Lighting and Electricity
The main personnel on the construction site are equipped with mobile phones, which can easily contact with the outside world. At the same time, my project manager will install program-controlled telephones and fax machines to meet the construction needs and keep the communication smooth.
Because there are many temporary production facilities along the line, we will contact Huaiyin District Power Supply Bureau when we enter the site, and try our best to connect the power grid to the construction site. According to the capacity of on-site electrical equipment, electric meters are equipped, temporary lines are set up in the temporary facilities layout area, outdoor lighting rainproof lamps are installed, and distribution boxes are set on poles for power supply. At the same time, we will provide our own generator as a backup.
2.5 Temporary production facilities
There are sand and gravel yards, mixing stations and cement warehouses in each adjacent area, with a central prefabrication yard of 3,000 square meters and sand and gravel yards, mixing stations, cement warehouses, carpentry, steel bars, metal processing plants and laboratories of 20 square meters.
2.6 aggregate system
Set up a gravel yard in the temporary area. Gravel yard adopts 15cm gravel as cushion, with a drainage slope of 0.5%, and a drainage ditch is set in the slope direction to ensure the purity of gravel, reduce the silt content, control the water content, and build a wall in the middle to separate it and pile it up in different warehouses.
2.7 concrete and mortar mixing system
Because the eight bridges in this project are far apart, in order to ensure the quality of concrete pouring, internal concrete mixing stations are set up in each adjacent area. Each concrete mixing station is equipped with 1 350 concrete mixer and 20m3 reservoir to extract river water as mixing water. A 20m2 cement silo is set in the production area, which can store cement.
2.8 concrete member prefabrication yard
Comprehensive consideration is given to factors such as the setting of prefabrication site, transportation, and material entry. The precast site of the project center is provided with concrete ground, and the precast beam and slab site can be leveled by using the original ground.
2.9 Woodworking Factory
A woodworking factory is set up in the adjacent area, and the template is assembled according to the design drawings. The on-site workshop only undertakes the dismantling, storage, renovation, coating of release agent and processing of cast-in-place concrete formwork. Woodworking room covers an area of 20㎡. Woodworking yard is equipped with circular saw, small combined planer and grinder.
2. 10 steel processing plant
A steel bar processing plant is set up in the front area, with a yard area of 400 m2, which is responsible for straightening, stretching, bending, welding, cutting and binding the steel bars on site.
2. 1 1 Temporary living and office facilities
Temporary offices and living rooms will be set up in each temporary area. Choose a relatively flat and wide site for temporary facilities layout to meet the needs of construction life.
2. 12 Establishment of Site Laboratory
According to the needs of project implementation and the requirements of the supervisor, a small laboratory should be established at each bridge construction site, equipped with necessary test instruments and equipment to meet the needs of project quality inspection. For the testing items that cannot be undertaken by the site laboratory, according to the requirements of the supervisor, send them to the central laboratory of the company or the laboratory with corresponding testing qualifications in the city for testing.

Chapter V General Construction Schedule
The bidding documents of this project stipulate that the total construction period is 90 calendar days. According to the structural characteristics of this project, combined with the construction experience of similar projects in the past and the current construction capacity of our company, the construction is carefully organized and standardized, and the project quality reaches the excellent grade standard of water conservancy and hydropower projects, so as to ensure that the construction of this contract project can be completed within the time limit stipulated in the contract.
If our company wins the bid, our company will organize machinery, personnel and materials to enter the site in accordance with the provisions of the bidding documents, start construction on the site on February 15, 2005, and complete all the quantities of this contract before March 15, 2006.

6. 1 The construction procedure of bridge engineering is as follows:
6.2 survey lofting
After entering the site, the plane control network and elevation control points provided by the owner shall be re-surveyed, and the control piles shall be led to the construction site after verification. Control piles should have good visibility, be free from construction interference, meet the measurement accuracy, be fixed and protected, and be submitted to the engineer for approval as the basis for construction control.
6.3 Plane control
According to the coordinates of control points, establish control network points at the construction site, draw coordinate network points, fix protection positioning piles after retest, and carry out retest regularly. If the positioning pile shows signs of displacement, it should be re-measured and corrected in time.
6.4 elevation control
Establish elevation control points for construction at appropriate positions at both ends of the bridge, and measure the elevation from the provided leveling points. The elevation control points should be located in places that are easy to access and visibility, and should be re-surveyed once a week.
6.5 Construction lofting
Before the formwork erection of reinforced concrete works, the vertical and horizontal axes and formwork lines of the structure should be set out to ensure the accuracy of the formwork erection and reinforcement position. During the construction period, the measuring and setting-out personnel shall make disclosure with the technicians of relevant types of work to ensure the accuracy of lofting.
6.6 Completion survey
After the completion of the project, carry out completion survey, including plane layout and elevation control points. , and compile it into completion data.
6.7 Personnel and equipment
Personnel: According to the needs of the project, the project intends to set up a survey and setting-out team, which is in charge of the engineering department and equipped with 2 survey engineers, 4 technicians and 2 surveyors.
Measuring instruments: 1 electronic total station, 1 DS3 level, and necessary tools such as ruler, flower pole and tape measure. All measuring instruments and testing equipment have been inspected and approved by the Bureau of Standards and Metrology.
6.8 substructure construction

6.9 pier cap construction
After the pier concrete reaches 80% of the design strength, the concrete at the top of the pier can be chiseled manually, and the formwork support and reinforcement of the pier cap can be started. After the strength of the cast-in-place pile reaches 75%, the concrete at the pile head of the cast-in-place pile is manually removed to the design elevation, and the quality of the concrete in this section is good, so that the quality control of the pile body can be carried out, and the construction of the bearing platform can be started after passing the inspection.
1, pier cap construction
① Erection of formwork: First, set up the bottom formwork on the scaffold that has been set up. The bottom die is supported and reinforced by a mesh bracket to ensure firmness and no deformation. The bottom formwork shall be made of large steel formwork or bamboo veneer (bamboo veneer shall be reinforced with 10×5cm wood square spacing of 30cm).
(2) Pouring: After the self-inspection of reinforcement and formwork is qualified, it shall be reported to the supervision engineer for inspection. After the self-inspection is qualified, concrete shall be poured according to the concrete quasi-pouring certificate issued by the supervision engineer. .
2, pile cap construction
The original backfill soil is used to tamp the foundation for the bottom formwork of pile cap construction. The bottom formwork with a thickness of 5cm is made of low-grade concrete, and φ 16 opposite bolts are embedded in the bottom formwork, with the same size as the bottom slab of pile cap, and the top elevation is the bottom elevation of pile cap. Then steel bars are tied on it, and the formwork is erected. The ear wall, back wall and table cap of the table cap are constructed at the same time, and the ear wall and back wall are reinforced and supported by steel pipes.
6. 10 superstructure construction

The concrete adopts C25 grade fine stone concrete. Re-survey the center line and elevation of pier cap first, and handle the problems in time when found.
After the elevation and center line of pier cap meet the specification requirements, cut hair to wet the cushion stone at the top of pier cap, bind the steel mesh, and pour the supporting cushion stone as required. The surface of the supporting cushion stone must be smooth, and the difference between the top elevation and the design value is 2mm, so as to ensure the construction accuracy and quality, and strengthen the maintenance after construction.

Manufacture and molding of skeleton
Before fabrication of steel bars, the drawings should be carefully checked, and the joint position of steel bars should be determined in strict accordance with the requirements of technical specifications and the length of on-site materials. Joints can be welded or bound, and each main reinforcement should be numbered. Steel welding shall not be carried out in the template, so as not to burn the template. Flash butt welding or lap welding shall be adopted for welding joints of main reinforcement. And pay attention to stagger the joints according to the specifications. Welders must hold a work license and strictly implement the operation procedures to ensure the quality of welded joints and the covered electrode used meet the requirements of technical specifications.
4, concrete pouring, vibrating and curing
① Mixing and transportation
According to the approved ingredient list, all kinds of raw materials are sent to the mixer for mixing. The feeding sequence is yellow sand-cement (admixture)-crushed stone, and the mixing time is generally not less than 1 min (from the end of feeding to the beginning of discharging). Check whether the slump and workability of concrete meet the requirements after the clinker is discharged from the machine. See the following table for the slump of concrete at the pouring site:

Concrete pouring shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications and the requirements of the supervision engineer.
③ Concrete vibrating
In the process of concrete pouring, if there is more bleeding on the surface, measures should be taken in time to reduce bleeding. Bleeding in the warehouse should be eliminated in time, and it is forbidden to open holes in the template for drainage, so as not to take away the mortar.
The concrete vibrator adopts 1.5KW plug-in vibrator and flat vibrator, and the surface concrete is leveled with flat vibrator, supplemented by manual leveling.
④ Concrete curing
Concrete curing adopts the method of combining covering water curing with film curing. The method of covering and watering can be used to expand the surface of foundation and bridge deck, that is, covering and watering the concrete surface with straw bags and other materials to keep the concrete moist for a certain period of time.
⑤ rainy season construction
During construction in rainy season, always measure the water content of coarse and fine aggregates, adjust the water consumption at any time, pay attention to the weather forecast, and try to avoid construction in rainy days. In the process of concrete transportation, the container and warehouse surface should be covered, and the drainage in the warehouse should be smooth to ensure the quality of concrete pouring.
⑥ Precast of concrete members
Precast concrete members mainly refer to precast railings and handrails in concrete precast yard. The concrete mixture ratio and concrete construction shall be implemented in accordance with the construction specifications and relevant regulations, and the dimensional deviation after molding shall meet the requirements of the Code for Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Engineering Construction.
When precast concrete, precast and pile up according to different types of components. The precast formwork of each component is numbered and identified by letters, and the concrete pouring date is indicated on the precast component.
⑦ Batch lien
When pouring concrete, designate a person to be responsible for retaining the test block, and make pouring records. The fabrication and retention of concrete test blocks shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications and be sent to standard curing room for curing. After reaching the age, do a stress test.
(4) Matters needing attention in the process of concrete pouring
(1), in the process of concrete pouring, should be equipped with on-site command, pouring in strict accordance with the concrete pouring sequence in the construction plan.
(2), equipped with enough inspectors, at any time to monitor the harmful deformation of templates and stents, handle in time when problems are found.
(3), concrete pouring should be continuous, shall not be interrupted.
(4), in the process of pouring, to send special test personnel to check the slump of concrete at any time.
6. 1 1 C30 hollow slab beam installation
General requirements of 1
(1) When the beam and slab are demoulded, transported, stacked, hoisted and transported, the concrete strength shall not be lower than the hoisting strength required by the design.
(2) Check whether the supporting structure pier, capping beam and bearing pad of beam slab meet the installation requirements of beam slab.
(3) The beam and slab must be inspected before installation, and the allowable deviation of the overall dimensions and the position of embedded parts shall not exceed the design regulations.
(4) The installation and hoisting of beam and slab must comply with the technical regulations on safe operation.
⑤ The technical requirements for the use of lifting tools and equipment must meet the safety factor of lifting equipment.

4. Transportation and installation of beams
Set up beam and slab transportation team, arrange experienced crane engineer to command, and use flat trailer to transport beam and slab. In the prefabrication yard, the beam slab is lifted by gantry crane, and the end of the beam slab is supported on the sleeper and fixed firmly with steel wire rope. Transport along the construction service road, and pay attention to protect the edges and corners of beam and slab during transportation. Because this project adopts double guide beam installation.
Precautions for beam and slab installation: Before installation, check the plane position, top surface elevation, surface flatness and geometric size of beam and slab, and clean the bearing surface and bottom bearing position.
During installation, keep both ends of the beam slab basically horizontal, and both ends basically contact the bearing at the same time. Installation must be careful to ensure that the beam and slab are in place accurately, the verticality meets the specification requirements, and the bottom of the beam and slab is in close contact with the bearing; Otherwise, it must be hoisted and reloaded, and it is forbidden to move the beam and slab with a crowbar.
Before installation, accurately control the elevation of the bearing and the position of the center line of the bearing, so that the bearing is evenly stressed and there is no vacancy phenomenon, the ends of the beam slab are neat, the joints of the beam slab are even and there is no dislocation phenomenon. Install in strict accordance with operating specifications to prevent damage to beam and slab, and pay attention to safety.
6. 12 C30 waterproof concrete bridge deck pavement
In order to combine the bridge deck pavement with the beam closely, the surface of the precast beam should be chiseled and cleaned before pouring the bridge deck concrete. In order to prevent the initial setting of the first layer of concrete, the length of steel mesh shall not exceed 8m. After the completion of the first piece of casting, 50cm long steel mesh should be reserved, and then the second piece of bottom concrete should be poured. Steel mesh and the first layer of steel mesh are bound and lapped to pour the upper concrete, and so on, and the bridge deck system is poured backwards. When pouring concrete for bridge deck pavement, pay attention to the accuracy of the geometric positions of expansion joints and embedded parts and the elevation control of concrete pavement, vibrate with a flat vibrator, and at the end of pouring, the artificial light mode will receive light. When the paving concrete reaches more than 75% of the design strength, anti-skid lines should be engraved on the bridge deck to ensure the smoothness of the paving concrete on the bridge deck to meet the quality requirements.
The abutment cap shall be constructed after the abutment back backfill is completed.
Chapter VII Construction Measures in Winter and Rainy Season

At present, our company is fully implementing GB/T 19002-ISO2000 quality management standard, and this project will operate in strict accordance with this quality assurance system to ensure that the whole process of construction and production is controlled. The bridge construction period of this project is abundant, but we still arrange the construction tasks in strict accordance with the compact construction scheme, strive to be efficient in time, and complete the construction tasks as soon as possible under the conditions of high quality and efficiency.
