Preparation steps:

3. Take out the green dough and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin.
4. After folding, use a round cookie cutter to press it into a hollow circle. If you don’t have such a tool, you can use other tools instead. Then open the pressed dough.
5. Take 3 small pieces of white dough and put them into the middle of the green dough, then fold the green dough in half and pinch the outer circle to close.
6. Use the same method to make all the pea buns, and finally use a toothpick to gently press the skin between the peas to form a curvature. Put it into the steaming oven, close the door and select "Constant Temperature Fermentation", ferment at 35 degrees for about 15 minutes. If you don’t have a steam oven at home, just place it in a warm place for fermentation until it doubles in size.
7. After fermentation, select pure steaming mode and steam at 100 degrees for 20 minutes. When the time is up, just take it out. You can also use a steamer to steam, steam over high heat for about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes before it is ready. The good-looking and delicious pea steamed buns are already ready. It is simple and convenient. You can make a little more at night and heat it up the next morning to eat.
