Fireworks and firecrackers are also prohibited in these areas outside the Third Ring Road:

Consequences of violating the ban on burning:

1. If fireworks and firecrackers are set off in areas or places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, the public security organ shall order them to stop setting off and impose a fine of more than 100 yuan and less than 200 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan shall be imposed.

If fireworks and firecrackers are set off during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather, the public security organ shall order them to stop, and impose a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan.

2. In the area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, if hotels and hotel operators fail to fulfill their obligation of informing, discouraging or reporting, and set off fireworks and firecrackers in their area of responsibility for city appearance and environmental sanitation, the public security organs shall impose a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 500 yuan on hotels and hotel operators.

3. Units or individuals engaged in wedding, funeral and festive services that provide services related to the purchase and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers shall be ordered by the public security organs to make corrections and be fined 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan.
