How to avoid danger in lightning weather?

Lightning is a strong discharge phenomenon of high-altitude clouds. Lightning sometimes attacks people and animals in buildings or on the ground, threatening our safety. This is what we usually call "lightning strike". Why is this happening? This is because when the thunderstorm cloud approaches the ground, an electric "channel" is formed between the negatively charged cloud and the positively charged earth. These "channels" are the prominent objects on the ground, such as trees, tall buildings, TV outdoor antennas and so on.

If you touch these "channels", it may cause "lightning strike". Therefore, lightning rods are installed in ordinary high-rise buildings to lead "Tiandian" directly into the ground from high altitude in advance to prevent it from discharging through other channels and make it lose its destructive power. When you are outdoors, in case of lightning, never hide under tall buildings, trees or telephone poles. It is safer to stay in a dry and low-lying place.

In addition, it should be noted that if your TV receives signals through an outdoor antenna, you must install lightning protection devices.
